Our Goal
Our goal is to redefine travel by flight by emphasizing the journey and not only the destination. We aim to point out the gradual changes in location through social, cultural, and environmental elements in the land below. The current flight experience lacks the emotions evoked by journeys taken on car or foot. Flights currently focus on taking the traveler from point A to point B, with nothing in between. We will be designing for travelers, tourists, and airlines. Our expected outcome is a commercially viable and non-speculative product for current or near future adaptation.

Why Road Trips Over Flights?
The journey is as important as the destination
When you fly to your destination, you’re tense pretty much the entire way there. Airports aren’t fun for anyone, and flying is a major source of anxiety for a lot of people. With a road trip, you can relax and have fun along the way. Play road trip games, have some snacks, and plan fun pit stops to pass the time. When you look back, you’ll barely be able to separate the journey from the destination.

You can follow a flexible itinerary
With road trips, you aren’t really tied to a set schedule, you can add pitstops or take them away. You can even stay longer at your destination or come home sooner. All you have to do is get into your car and drive.

My takeaway is not just a set of findings, but a powerful call to action. We believe that by prioritizing connection, leveraging technology, and embracing the magic of flight, we can redefine travel into a journey that ignites curiosity, celebrates local cultures, and leaves a lasting impression on every traveler.
